Refund Policy – SEO Boost
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through SEO Boost’s online payment system at seoboost.co.id.
2. General Rule
Payments made to SEO Boost are non‑refundable once services have commenced.
Refunds are only considered under the circumstances outlined below, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted if:
The client is charged in error (duplicate payment or incorrect amount).
SEO Boost is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal technical issues.
A cancellation request is submitted before service delivery begins.
Where required by law: Clients may be entitled to additional refund rights under consumer protection regulations in their jurisdiction (e.g., EU/UK cooling‑off period, Australian Consumer Law, UAE Consumer Protection Law, Indonesian Consumer Protection Law, or relevant U.S. state laws).
4. Non‑Eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
Completed or partially delivered services.
Dissatisfaction with results where services were delivered as described.
Currency conversion differences, bank fees, or payment processor charges.
5. Refund Process
Clients must submit refund requests in writing to SEO Boost within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds granted under consumer law will follow the timelines and procedures mandated by the relevant jurisdiction.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Indonesia, while respecting applicable consumer protection regulations in the EU, UK, UAE, Australia, USA, and Indonesia.
