Privacy Policy – SEO Boost

1. Introduction

PT. Algo Sea Biz (“SEO Boost”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the SEO Boost dashboard, a web application that lets a website owner view their own Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 performance data in one place. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can remove it.

This policy applies to the SEO Boost dashboard and to every SEO Boost regional website, including seoboost.co.id.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: your name and email address, created when you sign in. We never store passwords — signing in uses either a one-time email link or Google Sign-In.

Usage data: the dashboard views you open, the reports you generate, and the sites or properties you choose to track.

Technical data: browser type, device type, IP address, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure.

Google user data: described in full in section 3 below.

3. Google User Data We Access

Connecting a Google account is optional and always started by you. It happens only when you press “Connect Account” inside the dashboard and approve the Google consent screen. Signing in to SEO Boost does not by itself give us access to your Google data.

We request exactly two data scopes, both read-only: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly for Google Search Console, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly for Google Analytics 4. We never request permission to create, edit, or delete anything in your Google account.

From Google Search Console we read the list of properties you own and, for those properties, search performance rows: search queries, landing page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.

From Google Analytics 4 we read the list of properties you own and, for those properties: users, new users, sessions, engaged sessions, engagement rate, average session duration, page views, page paths and titles, event names and counts, traffic source, medium and channel, device category, browser, country, and — where you use ecommerce tracking — transactions, revenue, items purchased, add-to-carts, and checkouts.

We also read your Google account email address, name, and profile picture, solely to show you which Google account is currently connected.

These reports are fetched from Google each time you open a dashboard view and are displayed only to you. We do not keep copies of your Search Console or Analytics reports, with one exception: the daily historical figures for keywords that you explicitly add to keyword tracking.

4. How We Use Information

To display your own Search Console and Analytics 4 performance inside the SEO Boost dashboard.

To let you choose which of your sites and properties the dashboard should show.

To keep a history of the keywords you explicitly add to tracking, so you can see how they move over time.

To operate, secure, and support the service, and to comply with legal obligations and Google’s API Terms of Service.

We do not use your information to serve advertisements, and we do not use it to develop, train, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Google user data is never shared with advertising networks, data brokers, analytics resellers, or artificial intelligence providers.

Google user data is processed only by the infrastructure providers strictly required to run the service — our hosting provider and our managed database provider. They act as processors under contract, may act only on our instructions, and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Information that does not come from Google, such as your name, email, and billing details, may additionally be shared with our payment processor and our transactional email provider, solely to complete the transactions and messages you have requested.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Google authorisation tokens are kept only while your Google account stays connected. When you disconnect, they are revoked at Google and permanently deleted from our database immediately.

The list of Search Console sites and Analytics 4 properties you selected, and the daily history of the keywords you added to tracking, are kept while your account is active and are deleted within 30 days after your account is closed.

Account and billing records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.

7. Revoking Access and Deleting Your Data

You can disconnect your Google account at any time using the Disconnect button on the Google Account card inside your SEO Boost dashboard. Disconnecting revokes our access at Google and deletes your stored tokens immediately.

You can also revoke our access directly from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

To delete your account and everything associated with it, email us from your registered address at the contact address in section 15. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used.

You may disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the dashboard will stop working.

9. Data Security

Google authorisation tokens are encrypted before they are written to our database, and every record is restricted so that it can be read only by the account that owns it.

All traffic between your browser and SEO Boost is encrypted in transit.

We apply technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

You may withdraw your consent for Google account access at any time, as described in section 7.

You may opt out of non-essential communications.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. International Users

SEO Boost is operated by PT. Algo Sea Biz and operates under Indonesia law.

Users outside Indonesia acknowledge that their data may be processed in Indonesia.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will change the date shown on this page when we do.

Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Google API Services – Limited Use

SEO Boost’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited use. We use data obtained through Google APIs only to provide and improve the user-facing features that are prominently visible in the SEO Boost dashboard: the Search Console views, the Analytics 4 views, and the reports you export from them.

No advertising. We do not transfer or use Google user data for serving advertisements of any kind, including retargeting, personalised advertising, and interest-based advertising.

No sale of data. We do not sell Google user data.

No artificial intelligence or machine learning training. We do not use Google user data to develop, train, improve, fine-tune, or evaluate generalised or non-personalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we never send Google user data to any third-party artificial intelligence or large language model service.

No human access. No SEO Boost employee reads your Google user data, except: with your prior affirmative consent, for example when you ask our support team to investigate a problem in your account; where strictly necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; where required to comply with applicable law; or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised and is used for internal operations such as capacity planning.

Limited transfer. We do not transfer Google user data to any third party, except to provide or improve the user-facing features described above, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will give users advance notice and the data will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
